Our salon is dedicated to service and value. It is our goal that each of our guests has the ultimate salon experience and leaves feeling cared for and delighted with their hair.
Appointments and cancellation policy
We work by appointment, please see our hours. If you can’t make your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24/hr hour notice to avoid a 50% service charge. Payment is expected on the day of your appointment. There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks.
It is the Designer’s responsibility to follow what is going on in the world of fashion. Understanding where fashion designers get their inspiration and influence helps us complete the fashion circle, by creating looks to complement you and the trends.
Please place your cell phone on Silent when you arrive, so all guests can enjoy their experience fully.
What if I’m running late?
If you’re running late it’s always best to call and let us know. Our goal is to keep our guests happy. If we know you’re going to be late we may be able to move the schedule around and accommodate everyone.
What is the cancellation policy?
We work hard to be available for you when you need us. Please give us a 24-hour notice before cancelling your appointment.
Will you remind me of my up-coming appointment?
Yes. Our software system will send you a courtesy reminder 48 hours in advance.
Do you offer consultations?
Of course. We want to be able to focus on you and what you want for your hair and hairstyle. We provide consultations with all of our services.
Can I bring a picture?
Absolutely! Your pictures will help us create that perfect style, shape or color you’re looking for. We’ll evaluate your images, hair condition, facial features and determine together what we think would be the best for you.
Do you offer bang (fringe) trims and cleanups?
Yes! For our valued guests, give us a call and, if we’ve got time, it’s a complimentary visit for your first time neck trim or fringe trim. It takes about 10-15 minutes. We want you to feel good and look good.
How often should I get my hair cut?
Long hair should be cut at least every 8 to 12 weeks to avoid split ends and breakage. Medium-length hair should be cut every 6 to 12 weeks to keep your hair healthy. If you love the length of your hair then 6 to 8 weeks. Shorter hair we recommend every 4 to 6 weeks.
What product lines do you carry?
We carry only the finest in salon brands, Aquage, NEUMA, Nerium Anti-Age Products, all are natural beauty products good for you and the environment.
What color lines do you use?
We use and recommend ToccoMagico, Leyton House, Redkenproducts.

Ombreis one of the hottest trends in color in years. It refers to hair fading from dark to light, or vice versa. The variety of this trend is seen in every magazine and on the runways. You can go bold, soft, colorful or natural. The color choices are endless.
What is Balayage?
Balayage is a freehand hair coloring technique of hair painting. It provides natural looking hair color and highlights.
What is a Keratin Treatment?
A protein that’s naturally in your hair,Keratin is used as a restorative treatment. After a treatment you can forget about frizzy hair for up to 2 ½ months. Even if you have a good hair type, keratin strengthens the hair shaft and makes your hair more resilient.
